皮目をサッと炙って脂がジュンって出たところで握ってスダチと塩で頂きます〜(´～｀)ﾓｸﾞﾓｸﾞ
すでに美味しいですが、
2.3日寝かせたら一層味わい深くなるポテンシャルです！

Splendid alfonsino!

This shiny alfonsino arrived straight from Kamogawa, Chiba Prefecture, after returning from fishing this morning. (The owner is shiny...)

I lightly seared the skin and when the fat started to come out, I made some nigiri and ate it with sudachi and salt ~ (´～｀) Munch munch

It's already delicious, but if I let it sit for 2-3 days, it will become even more flavorful!
This is a piece that I definitely recommend you try.
