そして鳥取県網代港より[ガスエビ]降臨です！
店主自身がこのエビの濃厚な甘味と旨味に取り憑かれており、なるべく切らさないように仕入れております。
5月末で漁期が終了してしまうとの事ですので、恐らく今期の最終入荷かと思われます。

This is Sushi Horikawa Sushi ~
And here comes the arrival of [Gasu Shrimp] from Ajiro Port in Tottori Prefecture!
The owner himself is obsessed with the rich sweetness and flavor of these shrimp, so he purchases them as much as possible so that he doesn't run out.
The fishing season ends at the end of May, so this is probably the last shipment of shrimp for this season.
Customers have been saying that they can't get this fresh in Tokyo!!
If you haven't tried Gasu Shrimp yet, or if you like shrimp, please give it a try ~
