We have been closed for the winter, but we will be open from dinner tomorrow, the 7th.
We look forward to hearing from you.
At the end of the year, we purify our knives by placing water, sake, salt, and rice in each corner to show our gratitude.
It is a solemn expression of gratitude for having been able to work safely and healthily for a year, and of our determination to work hard again next year.
It will soon be our first anniversary since opening.
We will once again work with a renewed sense of energy.
