平素より格別のご高配を賜り厚く御礼申し上げます。
明日２月１６日を持ちまして１周年を迎えます。
近隣の方々の優しいお声がけや足繁く通ってくださるお客様、初めての方でも思わず意気投合してしまわれるお客様、海外からも僕のおすしを楽しみにされて来てくれるお客様。
色々な方々と出会えまして自分の店を築けた喜びを強く感じております！

オープンより半年ほどは様々悩みも多かったのですが、さざ波に揺られて程良くお客様も来てもらえるようになりました。
6席のみですので、お断りしてしまわれるお客様には毎度大変申し訳なく思っておりますが、めげずくじけずにご連絡お待ち致しておりますッ！！
この１年で鮨が好きなのだと熟春感じました。
自分は決まった味を守り抜くタイプの料理人ではありません。常により良くを目指しております。
今後とも気まぐれなおまかせをどうぞ宜しくお願い致します。

Thank you very much for your continued patronage.
Tomorrow, February 16th, will be our first anniversary.
Thank you to the kind words of the local people, the frequent customers, the customers who are new to us but just click with us, and the customers who come from overseas looking forward to my sushi.
I feel very happy to have been able to meet so many different people and build my own restaurant!

For about half a year after opening, we had many worries, but we were able to get a good number of customers by swaying along the way.
We only have six seats, so we are very sorry to all the customers we have to turn away, but we will not give up and we look forward to hearing from you! !
Over the past year, I have come to realize that I love sushi.
I am not the type of chef who sticks to a set taste. I am always striving to improve.
We hope you will continue to enjoy our whimsical omakase.
